Welcome to the Mountain Valley Ranch website and our first ever blog post! I hope you all enjoy our new and improved website and are looking forward to the fall as much as we are.  If you are new to our ranch let me tell you a few things about us. We are family owned and operated and have been up and running for 19 years. From May to the end of October we grow and sell pumpkins. Come Thanksgiving time we sell Christmas trees throughout the month of December. The rest of the year is spent taking care of all our farm animals and hosting team-roping jackpots every Friday night starting in the springtime.

So, here we are in the middle of July… only 9 weeks away from opening weekend, which this year will be September 24^th. Everyone here at Mountain Valley Ranch has been very busy. There have been a few upgrades to our ranch that we are excited for everyone to see come pumpkin patch time.

Our pumpkins have been planted, and are growing daily. The corn maze is coming together, gourds are sprouting and the corn cannon is being oiled up. This is always such an exciting and busy time of the year for us, but it is all worth it come October.
